Hello everyone, well, everyone who's reading this =]

My last journal was uploaded so long ago, on February 20th 2008. I was probably still studying for my A-levels, definitely still a high school student and still living with my parents in Qatar. I honestly have not been on here for so long I was overwhelmed by the number of deviations I had missed and was disappointed at the number of messages I haven't replied to, so I felt I should explain why I've completely dropped off the face of the earth.

In September I started university in Canada. So yes, I no longer live in Doha with my parents. I was completely thrown back at the sheer amount of 'stuff' that I had to do, studying, paying bills, getting around etc. A month or so ago after I had finished my final examinations, I tried opening up another page to put up my pictures from my life in Canada but have decided to return here. There are too many artists I am able to follow on this account that I will miss on the other. I also haven't been online as much as I used to be. That being said I haven't given up my camera, and have LOTS to upload onto here - which I am going to start doing tonight =]

I apologize for not having returned so many messages, and am so glad to finally have a chance at this again, now that I have my new life sorted out and have more time to myself.

I would like to extend a special thank you to the Algerian community on here, who have still kept me in the loop with quite a lot. I have read all of your messages and am so glad to still be a part of that community, despite having been completely absent from this account the entire year.
